Un acte de vandalisme, ocorregut durant la nit de diumenge a dilluns (nit del 11 al 12 d’octubre de 2015), ha trencat el màstil de la plaça de l’Ajuntament on onejada l’estelada.
El pal va quedar estellat el que fa suposar que es podria haver trencat amb una maça o algun altra tipus d’eina semblant.
Per evitar que ningú prengués mal, des de l’Ajuntament es va retirar la part del pal que havia quedat estesa al terra i es va cobrir amb cinta protectora la part que no va caure. L’Ajuntament ja ha encarregat un nou màstil per substituir el que ha quedat malmès.
